The grace and lightness of the State Ballet seen on the stages of the Vienna State Opera and Volksoper belies the incredibly hard, almost inhuman training needed to achieve them. One of the annual programmes which we were pleased to design allowed us to document a completely normal day-in-the-life of ballet - this does not shatter the magic of the fairylike ballerina, all of the lightness simply serves to add more weight. We consider it incredibly important to tell "consumers" interesting stories, thereby sustainably intensifying the brand experience. Stories are the most penetrating way of presenting a brand - you have to feel them and they have to hit the right notes.
